Can't get a workout in?
Are your children home with you during the day?
Do they dread going to the daycare at the gym

where they are always getting sick?

Now you can have it your way... you can get a great workout in while your children are in a safe, fun environment.  Bring your kids with you WHILE you workout!  We have qualified child care providers on-site, so you can concentrate fully on your workout and know that your little one is having fun too.  At the Grove, your children will enjoy play time in one of two nurseries as well as an outdoor playground on overcast days.  At Veterans Oasis Park, your munchkins will burn off plenty of energy playing outdoors while you workout!  In our child care, the children enjoy story time, organized activities and play time by our highly educated staff.  It is time for you to enjoy some much needed "me" time with other mothers and get in a killer workout!  No more counting exercise as pushing the stroller around..  lets burn some more calories and really go for it!

As mothers, it is our responsibility for our children to learn about exercise and make it enjoyable for them.  For some additional ways for your kiddos to get some exercise in, please refer to the City of Chandler's Break Time Magazine for detailed information on all classes and programs offered.

Once you arrive at camp, you will sign your child in and discuss any details necessary with your provider.  If you have an infant, you are welcome to bring a pre-made bottle, clearly labeled with their name for them to enjoy during your workout.  Please note that providers do not change diapers.  If you would like to be notified during class time that a change is necessary, please let your provider know and they will contact you.  Otherwise, you can take care of the change after the hour and fully take advantage of your workout.  No more paging your name over the loud speaker at the gym just when you've gotten in a groove.  Your child is safe and you have an hour to yourself!

If you drop your children off at school in the morning and one of our Babies class times works great for you, come join us!  Even if you do not have children, we are happy to have you if this class fits into your schedule.  Having children is not a requirement for this class.

Our philosophy is very different from that of "stroller" classes.  We focus on a hardcore training session while our children are happy and occupied, instead of training with our children for the entire hour.  If you are looking for a serious workout then Boot Camp Babies is right for you.  As an added bonus, in each camp session, we form a tight knit bond with the other moms in the group and your children have instant playmates since they are free to interact together.  We share parenting tips, babysitters, and most importantly give each other the emotional support that is so desperately needed as a mother!  Please be respectful of other little ones and keep your pumpkin home if they are sick.  Moms, you may "make-up" 2 classes per session if this happens by attending an alternate morning or evening Babes class if there is room.  We understand a sick child is something that cannot be helped and we don't want you to get off track if you have to miss a class.  At Boot Camp Babies we understand that your children's needs come first, period!
