Babes on the Run

What is Babes on the Run?

Have you always wanted to run a 5k, 10k, half or full marathon but didn't think you were a "runner"?

Do you love running, but wish you could achieve a better times in races?

Are you at a plateau and need some new motivation?

Do you lack inspiration running alone and are in need of someone else to run with?

Are you just looking for a great way to increase your calorie burn first thing in the morning?

WELCOME TO THE NEW BOOT CAMP BABES RUNNING CLASS!


Please bring along your own set of 5lb weights and a mat for ground work.  The instructor will bring all additional equipment.

The class is similar in structure to all of our Boot Camp Babes classes, but will focus specifically on resistance and interval training to improve your endurance running.

This class is for all levels of runner, whether you have run marathons and just want to improve your time, or you have never done a race in your life!  Even if you don't plan to do any races and just want a great workout, you are still welcome to attend!

To further enhance your running club experience, you can also purchase personalized training plans that will be created specifically for your needs.
